Shipping
Once your online order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Additional shipping fees and lead times may apply to larger items.
For custom furniture orders we typically receive an acknowledgement with shipping and freight details that we will relay to the client. Most custom deliveries arrive to the store between 6-8 weeks, but time frames vary by vendor and production.
If you are local and would like to pick-up your merchandise, please choose the pick-up option at check-out. Please schedule a pick-up date with us to ensure easy pick-up for larger furniture pieces.
Unfortunately, we do not. Due to the uniqueness of our products, a lot of our furniture pieces are one-hit-wonders that cannot be re-ordered. However we do have a selection of pieces that can be shipped from our store directly to you!
Returns
You may bring your items back within 7 days of purchase for store credit only. Any special order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items damaged after purchase cannot be returned. At Halo Home, we take great pride in the quality and standards of our merchandise. We carefully inspect each product upon delivery. We do recommend that customers inspect their items upon delivery or pick-up. In the case of any damages, please contact the store the same day you receive your items.
Custom orders begin production immediately upon payment and are built to your specifications. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. Order must be paid in full before orders are placed.
